Annual gala celebrates print excellence and achievement

On November 8, more than 210 people from across the country attended the 13th annual Canadian Printing Awards, hosted by PrintAction and its parent company Annex Business Media. See the complete list of winners and finalists here.

Scenes from this year’s sold-out evening

This year a record 114 Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards were presented across five program sections at the Canadian Printing Awards: Industry Achievement, Print Design, Printing, Technology and Environmental categories. Check out all the highlights from the awards gala.

The catalogue comeback

Reports say multi-channel shopping and buying is on the rise and today’s savvy retailers are understanding that customers who use more than one of their channels are the most valuable. As a recent Canada Post blog explains, “A catalogue is a tangible presence that’s available at the moment of truth — when a shopper is considering a purchase. A convenient, inspiring source of reference to enjoy during a peaceful moment in an otherwise busy life.”
