On October 20, hear from two Influential Women in Canadian Agriculture (IWCA) finalists on fostering balance in work and relationships in Canadian agriculture.

The IWCA Summit is a virtual mentorship event where attendees can learn and reflect through roundtable-style sessions on leadership, communication and balance working in agriculture.

Laura Van Eerd and Barbara Cade-Menun will discuss their experiences balancing life and career responsibilities with other priorities. Attendees joining live on October 20 will also be able to participate in polls and ask the panelists questions directly.
