Potato breeding at the University of Guelph

Over the years, the University of Guelph’s potato research program has covered a wide variety of subjects, including breeding new varieties for chip and fresh markets, potatoes for human health, alternate markets for potatoes and potato pathology.

In this session, Vanessa Currie, potato researcher at the University of Guelph, will give an update from the university’s research program, covering variety trials and results from a pathology study.
