Meet the Canadian Potato Summit speakers

The Canadian Potato Summit is quickly approaching. With just three weeks to go until this exciting virtual event, here’s a quick look at our speaker lineup:

Dr. Helen Tai is a potato genetics and genomics research scientist with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in Fredericton, N.B.

David De Koeyer is a research scientist with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and leader of AAFC’s National Potato Breeding Program with research activities at Fredericton and Lethbridge Research and Development Centres.

Erica Fava is co-ordinating the National Potato Variety Trials as the biologist and industry liaisonGreg Donald has been the general manager of the P.E.I. Potato Board since 2009. for AAFC’s Potato Breeding Program.

Shawn Brenn is the chair of the Ontario Potato Board.

Terence Hochstein is the executive director of the Potato Growers of Alberta.

Greg Donald has been the general manager of the P.E.I. Potato Board since 2009.
