durable, corrosion resistant stainless steel and most are available in 1/8 NPT, 1/4 NPT, and 1/2 NPT sizes.
EXAIR also offers atomizing nozzles with a patented No Drip design. No Drip models are engineered to stop as soon the air supply is turned off in order to prevent runs and conserve expensive fluids.
All of EXAIR's atomizing nozzles are CE compliant in accordance with European Union guidelines.

Internal Mix Atomizing Nozzles

These atomizing nozzles mix liquid and compressed air inside of the air cap to produce very fine atomization. Both air and liquid inputs require pressurized lines. EXAIR's Internal Mix Atomizing Nozzles can be used with liquids that have a viscosity up to 300 cP.
Spray patterns include:
- Narrow Angle Round (1/8 NPT, 1/4 NPT, 1/2 NPT)
- Wide Angle Round (1/8 NPT, 1/4 NPT, 1/2 NPT)

The liquid and air flow rates on these atomizing nozzles are adjusted independently, allowing for a very precise liquid flow. They also allow a higher total flow rate. EXAIR's External Mix Atomizing Nozzles can be used with liquids that have a viscosity above 300 cP.

Siphon Fed Atomizing Nozzles

Siphon fed nozzles require no liquid pressure and can be used with gravity fed liquids or liquids from a siphon height as much as 36 inches (91cm). Siphon fed atomizing nozzles can be used on liquids with a viscosity up to 200 cP.
