Simplicity

Built-to-last EXAIR Cabinet Cooler

Cabinet Cooler® Systems need compressed air to work — that's it — supply them with clean, condensate-free air, and they'll run almost indefinitely. They won't need any maintenance either! What could be easier?

Way back in 2002, a manufacturer ordered a Model 4340 EXAIR Cabinet Cooler for a NEMA 12 enclosure (actual model shown on the right). It has been running continuously — with no maintenance performed on it — ever since!

Controllability

Thermostat controlled systems give you the ability to keep the inside of the control cabinet at the optimal temperature for the electronics inside. They also turn the compressed air off when the setpoint temperature is reached, which increases efficiency by saving compressed air.

Environmental Ruggedness

Rugged construction of EXAIR Cabinet Coolers

No matter where the cabinet is located in your plant, and what it may be exposed to, EXAIR has a Cabinet Cooler® System that will keep the environment out of the panel. Available in NEMA 12, 4, 4X and rated for Hazardous locations. Available materials include aluminum, Type 303 stainless steel and Type 316 stainless steel.

Dependable Protection

Cabinet Cooler® Systems have NO moving parts, which means they are more reliable than other cooling methods that have fans to replace, filters to clean, coils that corrode, and refrigerant to refill.

Wide Selection

With cooling capacities ranging from 275 Btu/hr to 5,600 Btu/hr, we have a Cabinet Cooler® System for most applications. They are all in stock and ready for immediate shipping to solve your overheating problems ASAP!

Eliminate Lost Production

Overheating control panel

EXAIR Cabinet Cooler® Systems will not allow your cabinet to overheat, which keeps your production lines up and running.

Note the high heat level on the infrared inset of this malfunctioning control panel.

Control Temperature and Humidity

A continuously operating Cabinet Cooler® System that's installed on a sealed cabinet will stabilize relative humidity at approximatedly 45% inside the enclosure while keeping your cabinet cool and purged.

Customized Considerations

'Customized' usually means high prices and long lead times. This isn't the case for our Special Cabinet Cooler Systems. EXAIR carries, in stock, systems that are rated for up to 200°F (93°C) environments and Non-Hazardous Purge systems that apply positive pressure through the cooler to keep contaminants out of the enclosure.

Ease of Installation

Cabinet Cooler® Systems mount through a drilled hole or a standard electrical knock-out in minutes. Watch this video on installing a Cabinet Cooler.

Cost of Ownership

With an annual estimated cost of ownership coming in at only $408.46, EXAIR Cabinet Cooler® Systems are the best bang for your buck! They not only provide superior cooling ability, they also have a low operating cost! (click here for a detailed cost breakdown).
