Hazardous Location Cabinet Coolers

	EXAIR's new Hazardous Location Cabinet Coolers are specifically designed to cool control panel cabinets that are purged and pressurized to operate in hazardous environments. HazLoc Cabinet Coolers require only a small amount of compressed air to maintain a constant temperature in NEMA 4 or NEMA 4X enclosures. Since they are constructed of sturdy aluminum (316 stainless steel also available) and have no moving parts, they are very reliable. HazLoc Cabinet Coolers were rigorously tested by UL, are UL Classified, and are approved for use in most Class I, II, and III hazardous environments (see exair.com for a complete list of Classes).

EasySwitch Wet-Dry Vac

EXAIR's new EasySwitch™ Wet-Dry Vac is a powerful compressed air powered vacuum that is engineered to make it simple to switch between wet and dry cleanups. Its patent pending system allows you to quickly switch filter types when switching from vacuuming a dry material to a liquid. For dry material, standard or HEPA certified filters are available. Because the EasySwitch has no moving parts and uses no electricity, there is no concern for clogged impellers or motor failure associated with using electric vacuums for liquids.

Pressure Sensing Digital Flowmeter

	EXAIR's new Pressure Sensing Digital Flowmeter is the easy way to monitor pressure and compressed air consumption! The digital display shows the exact amount of pressure in your pipe, as well as the compressed air being used, making it easy to identify costly leaks or inefficient air products. No cutting, welding, adjustments or calibration are ever required. It is designed for permanent or temporary mounting to a compressed air pipe. If the unit needs to be removed, blocking rings are available. Available for measuring air flow in 2” thru 8” Schedule 40 iron pipe, in 50mm thru 101mm aluminum pipe and for 2” thru 4” copper pipe.

FullStream Cone Liquid Atomizing Nozzles

EXAIR’s FullStream Cone Liquid Atomizing Nozzles are engineered to provide consistent liquid delivery for many general purpose industrial applications like cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing and dust suppression. Their design is vaneless, which creates wide open internal features to resist clogging and can work well with liquids containing particulate. They produce a uniform distribution in a full cone round pattern. Their right-angle design is compact and operates up to 100 PSIG liquid pressure. They are commonly used with liquids like water, rinse aids or detergents but are also effective with chemicals, pesticides and herbicides. Adjustment of the liquid flow rate is done by varying liquid pressure. FullStream Cone Liquid Atomizing Spray Nozzles are available in 1/4 NPT and 3/8 NPT sizes.
