EXAIR's Super Air Knife provides a quiet, hard-hitting curtain of air for blowoff, cleaning, drying and cooling. It dramatically reduces compressed air usage and noise when compared to other blowoffs. It is engineered to provide uniform airflow across its entire length and to be highly efficient at entraining surrounding air.
They are available — in stock — in sizes from 3" to 108" and are manufactured in aluminum, 303 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and PVDF. Custom sizes and materials are available upon request.

EXAIR's economical and safe Air Nozzles and Jets are truly cost-effective. They efficiently use compressed air to produce outlet flows of up to 25 times consumption! They are engineered to produce low noise and to prevent the potential for a deadly blocked airflow condition.
Air Nozzles and Jets are available in a wide range of models that produce from 22 ounces up to 23 pounds of blowoff force!

EXAIR's Super Air Amplifiers are ideal for moving large volumes of air to draw out dust or fumes or to cool or dry larger spaces and parts. They are able to multiply their outlet flow by up to 25 times the supplied compressed air!
Super Air Amplifiers have no moving parts, assuring maintenance-free operation. Both the vacuum and discharge end can be ducted, allowing for optimal positioning on the application. They are available in outlet diameters from 3/4" (19mm) all the way up to 8" (203mm).

The hot and dusty environments of most factories are the enemies of sensitive electronic controls. Placing them in dust-proof enclosures is a start, but won't relieve the heating problem. Overheated controls can lead to nuisance tripping, circuit drift, or even a complete system failure! EXAIR's compressed air powered Cabinet Cooler Systems are engineered to keep controls both dust-free and cool. Using a small amount of compressed air, they produce a cool, clean flow of air that will maintain proper operating temperature and a higher enclosure pressure, which helps to keep out dust and dirt.

Static discharge on the production line can be the cause of everything from a brief interruption to circuit faults and tripping breakers in electronic controls to constant shocks for workers on the line! EXAIR's Static Eliminators neutralize static buildup and, with compressed air assistance, can remove static in a large area or at a stand-off distance from the work area.
