Intellistat® Ion Air Nozzle

The Intellistat Ion Air Nozzle produces a stream of ionized compressed air to neutralize static and blow off dust particles during cleaning, testing, and assembly. It is designed to use minimal compressed air while delivering precise blow-off and exceptional static decay rates capable of reducing 1000 volts to less than 100 in under one second. It has an integral stainless steel adjustable bracket so that it can be easily mounted to benchtops and machine frames, allowing for hands-free operation. It is ideal for applications requiring non-conductivity such as circuit board or electronic manufacturing. The Intellistat Ion Air Nozzle is rated Class 5 for clean rooms per ISO 14644-1. |
