Cascades building tissue plant in U.S.

Cascades Tissue Group will build a US$64-million automated tissue converting plant in Oregon to manufacture virgin and recycled bath tissue and hand towels. The new converting site will be supplied by the Cascades tissue paper plant located 12 kilometers away in St. Helens.
