PCA Dryer & Felt Passivation

Coldwater’s patented PolyClean Applicator System uses a wick that fits into a standard doctor blade holder for continuous and uniform metering of a passivation agent on the dryer cylinder surface to eliminate stickies and greatly reduce dust. The System can also be configured to passivate dryer felts. Papermakers are constantly challenged with deposits in the dryer section that create a multitude of problems affecting safety, quality and profitability.
