Thunder Bay TMP-Bio plant inaugurated with $2M federal investment

The federal government announced an additional $2-million investment for FPInnovations at the official opening of its thermomechanical-pulp biorefinery (TMP-Bio) plant with Resolute Forest Products in Thunder Bay.
