Kruger Specialty Papers Holding, a Kruger affiliate, has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase all shares of DKP Pulp ULC, a legal entity wholly-owned by Domtar. At the time of closing, Kruger Specialty Papers will acquire Domtar's Kamloops Mill located in British Columbia.


Unifor and Resolute Forest Products reach tentative labour agreement for Eastern Canada

Resolute Forest Products and Unifor announced that they have reached a tentative four-year labour agreement on May 14. The agreement-in-principle will be ratified by members who will review and vote on it.
