Northern Pulp’s Impact Assessment not required for mill transformation, says minister

Northern Pulp recently shared that the Hon. Steven Guilbeault, Canada’s Minister of Environment and Climate Change determined that the mill’s proposed transformation does not warrant designation under the federal Impact Assessment Act.
