Georgia-Pacific and TJC, L.P. reach agreement for Georgia-Pacific to acquire Anchor Packaging

Georgia-Pacific and an affiliate of TJC, L.P., announced that they have reached an agreement under which Georgia-Pacific would purchase Anchor Packaging.
