‘Night Before the Summit’ Napoletana Pizza Class!

We have a bonus for attendees of the Canadian Pizza Summit! The evening before the Summit you are invited to stop in for an oven briefing, chat with exhibitors, meet the staff of Canadian Pizza magazine and stay for a hands-on pizza class!

On Sunday, Oct. 20, attendees are invited to join Michael Bou-Younes, lead instructor at Faema Culinary Academy, for a hands-on class on how to make top-notch Napoletana pizza!

Chef Michael’s Napoletana Pizza Class is sponsored by Parmalat, makers of Galbani Professionale and other gourmet cheeses. It is open to pizzeria operators and their staff attending the Canadian Pizza Summit and Chef of the Year Competitions on a first come, first served basis. The class is free to attendees, but to be included, you must sign up ahead of time (even if you’ve signed up for the show already).
