Battle of the Boxes!

At last year’s Canadian Pizza Summit, James Timothy of Zen'Za Pizzeria in London, Ont., triumphed in the Great Pizza Box Fold-Off after folding 10 large boxes in one minute, 3.7 seconds.

This year, on Oct. 21, our champ returns to defend his title! We are looking for box folders to challenge Timothy in his bid for a second title and bragging rights as Canada’s top folder.

The Great Pizza Box Fold-Off is open to owners and employees of Canadian restaurants aged 14 years and older. Competitors need to bring 10 large pizza boxes (more if you want to warm up).
