Our first western event in Burnaby, B.C., will take place at the Innovation Centre of our Host and Platinum Sponsor, Snow Cap Enterprises on Monday, June 6! It’s free to pizzerias and a great chance to showcase your signature pizza, experience what it’s like to compete and win great prizes!

WHAT’S AT STAKE? (ASIDE FROM MAJOR BRAGGING RIGHTS)
Winner: A free trip to compete in the International Pizza Challenge at Pizza Expo in March 2023. Canadian Pizza magazine will feature you on the cover! And of course, an award to display proudly in your pizzeria. A Modernist Pizza three-volume book set featuring 1,000+ recipes!
Second place: $300 and an award to display proudly in your pizzeria.
Third place: $200 and an award to display proudly in your pizzeria.
All competing chefs: A certificate to recognize your participation in the Chef of the Year Competition.

And one lucky attendee (random drawing): All attendees (competing or not) are eligible to win a Modernist Pizza three-volume book set featuring 1,000-plus recipes!

Both West and East Summits and Competitions are open to pizzerias across Canada!

We’ll be awarding a Chef of the Year West in Burnaby and a Chef of the Year East in Toronto – both will win trips to compete at Pizza Expo in Las Vegas in 2023.
