The Baking Association of Canada’s national baking industry event, featuring a bustling trade show and conference, will feature an exciting lineup of inspirational speakers, education sessions, competitions and demonstrations.
The Canadian Pizza Summit for the first time will occupy a prominent space within the Baking Association of Canada’s annual Bakery Showcase – a stage of its own featuring pizza-making demonstrations, speakers and Italian breads. The highlight: Canadian Pizza magazine’s Chef of the Year Competition in which chefs make cutting-edge pizza for cash prizes and the grand prize of a trip to compete at Vegas Pizza Expo!
