It’s time to bring it – that is, bring your best pie to the Canadian Pizza Chef of the Year competitions at the Canadian Pizza Show! The fifth annual show is set for Monday, Oct. 16, at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ont.
Chef of the Year Carlo Raillo, who returns this year as a judge of the competition, has this to say about the show: “Thanks for the great experience yet again! It is always a pleasure to see what the industry is coming up with together and working with other chefs to get new ideas.”
