Pineapple on pizza? 25% of Canadians deem it ‘blasphemy,’ survey finds

Despite the Hawaiian pizza’s proud Ontario origins, one quarter of Canadians continue to deem it “blasphemy” to put pineapple on pizza, according to a new survey by Abacus Data in conjunction with Canadian Pizza magazine. The National Post reports.

Calgary's annual Pizza Pigout raises $65K

This year’s Eric Francis Pizza Pigout attracted more than 600 locals who helped raise more than $65,000 for KidSport Calgary, You Can Play and Kids Cancer Care of Alberta. Nearly 50 pizzerias took part in the 16th annual event. The Toronto Sun reports.
