Author Scott Anthony is a family man residing in the famous town of Punxsutawney, PA with his wife and two daughters. Scott is recognized by the pizza industry as an Operator Expert and a marketing guru. After college, Scott embraced self-employment, operating his own janitorial service before his inherent love of pizza led him to the pizza business. His love for helping others led him to consulting others in the business. Today he operates an award winning pizzeria, Fox’s Pizza Den of Punxsutawney.
Scott is a marketing columnist for Pizza Today magazine and part of the International Pizza Expo family of speakers. He also does private consultation for operators around the country.
