As of Nov. 7, Ontario is under a framework that categorizes public health regions into five levels: Green-Prevent, Yellow-Protect, Orange-Restrict, Red-Control, and Lockdown being a measure of last and urgent resort. Toronto and Peel Region are at “Control” level, the highest level short of a full lockdown.

Manitoba has moved its capital area to the red, or critical, level following record-high reports of COVID-19 case numbers. This means restaurants, bars and other public food establishments are required to close to in-person dining. Take-out, delivery and drive-thru services may continue.
