A video of a male choir singing inside one of Laxey’s growout tanks has caught the attention of people on social media after the RAS fish farmer posted it on its page. Laxey had collaborated with the male choir of Vestmannaeyjar to perform inside one of its tanks in August.


Nofima and Sunndal Næringsselskap announce theme of upcoming smolt event

Aquaculture research organization, Nofima and Sunndal Næringsselskap are organizing a conference titled "The future of smolt production" on Oct. 16-17 in Norway. The conference is known for aiming at smolt production in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) and closed facilities in the sea.
