Nobody likes changing screen media. It's cramped, dirty and time consuming, but it has to be done. The MS612 was designed to simplify the process and make it as painless as possible. Changing screens on all three decks can now be accomplished in under two hours with two people.

Screen media is easier to change because the decks are all end tension and easily accessible from the ends of the screen box and through six side access ports. The middle deck can be changed without removing the top deck and there are fewer components. 24 screen bolts, washers and nuts and no clamp bars compared to120 nuts bolts and washers to tighten and 30 clamp bars on a traditional screen.
