Next up in CDE's Engineering Insights webinar series, CDE will be presenting a virtual site tour of the Resource Materials Inc. new 450tph sand & aggregate wash plant.
Formed in 2019, Resource Materials was established to build this new wash plant within an existing limestone quarry in Williamson County near Jarrell, Texas. Following the commissioning of this new wash plant, Resource Materials is producing high quality sand & aggregates for customers across Texas.
The virtual site tour will be presented by two of CDE's US Business Development Managers, Tom Wick & James McShane, who will showcase the washing equipment included in this custom wash plant designed for Resource Materials. The panel will also discuss how CDE's cyclone technology is helping Resource Materials produce high-quality, in-spec sand & aggregates products every time, ready for market straight off the belt!
Tom & James will go through each stage of the washing process, from the raw feed material, the screening technology being used and the use of a logwasher to scrub and remove contaminants from the aggregates, to the benefits of cyclone technology for washing sand, the management of water within the process and the final products being produced by Resource Materials.
