Frontline Machinery will be showcasing the cutting-edge Keestrack H4e Cone Crusher at the National Heavy Equipment Show from March 31st to April 1st at the International Centre in Mississauga.
The Keestrack H4e cone crusher’s innovative design combines 3 machines in a single pass, crushing and separating 4 different fractions at once. This allows owner-operators to run one machine vs. 3 resulting in reduced equipment and maintenance costs. Used in primary, secondary, tertiary, or quaternary crushing, this machine is designed to tackle the toughest rock and ore.
The first of its kind, the H4 track mounted cone crusher comes standard with a removable hybrid engine/genset; a 345 kW/330 KVA diesel/generator module, and 132 kW electric drive for the crusher and electrifying other secondary machines such as a conveyor or screener. This design substantially reduces fuel consumption by burning roughly 30 litres an hour. The Keestrack H4 is in a class on its own with advanced output capacity, production quality, reduced operational costs and ground-breaking technologies.
