This plant is designed for maximum asphalt production. The ADM EX 11254 features a 112-in. drum diameter and 54-ft. drum length. It handles up to 50% RAP and produces 400 TPH. Like all EX Series plants (120-425 TPH), the EX 11254 is highly customizable with any of ADM's standard components to meet producers' specific production requirements. Counterflow technology, featured in all ADM EX Series and MileMaker Series plants, captures residual gases and reintroduces them back to the combustion zone, practically eliminating blue smoke and hydrocarbon emissions to meet strict environmental regulations. Counterflow technology also allows for some of the industry's longest drying and mixing times, accomplished through the use of separate drying and mixing zones, for efficient, consistent, high volume, and highest quality asphalt.
