West End Connectors wins contract for Eglinton Crosstown West extension project

Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Metrolinx have awarded a fixed contract of $729.2 million to West End Connectors to design, build, and finance the tunnels for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (ECWE) Advance Tunnel Project, which is projected to begin in spring 2021.


Western Canada’s roadbuilders join advocacy on national, trade infrastructure needs

The Western Canada Roadbuilders & Heavy Construction Association (WCR&HCA) will work with national and regional industry and business partners to send a message to Ottawa on the need to invest long-term in infrastructure, particularly trade transportation corridors in the West.


New four-lane bridge comes to Dawson Creek

Both directions of Highway 2 at 8th Street in Dawson Creek will be closed starting on Tuesday, May 25 at 7 a.m. MST, to begin the construction of a new four-lane bridge.


B.C.’s Highway 97 improvements to increase road users’ safety
