Regina hits more than 50 per cent completion rate for 2023 road projects

Regina’s acting executive director of citizen service, Kurtis Doney, shared that work on 159 road renewal projects has been completed this year so far. This marks more than half of the projects scheduled by the city, some of which include multi-year projects.

Moncton’s Fram Enterprises awarded contract for first phase of downtown infrastructure work

Moncton’s city council has awarded Fram Enterprises a contract for the first phase of a major infrastructure redevelopment planned for the city’s downtown core. A contract for nearly $3.3 million was awarded for the relocation of a sewer line, running along the Assomption Place parking lot off Westmorland Street.


Pedestrian overpass in downtown Kelowna proceeding amidst inflated costs

At an Aug. 28 meeting, Kelowna city council decided to move forward with a $12.1 million pedestrian overpass in the city’s downtown, despite increased costs above initial projections. The overpass is set to link the Central Green development at Harvey Avenue and Richter Street.
