Triton to acquire Bosch Building Technologies' security products business

Bosch has announced an agreement to sell its Building Technologies' security products division to investment firm Triton. According to a Bosch statement, the transaction includes three business units: video, access and intrusion, and communications.


ASSA ABLOY acquires Norshield Security Products

ASSA ABLOY announced it has acquired Norshield Security Products, an Alabama-based manufacturer of high-security openings and enclosures.


Allied Universal acquires event safety company

Allied Universal has announced the acquisition of Unified Command, an event safety and security technology provider. Founded in 2009, Unified Command specializes in event surveillance video, command centre operations and situational awareness services.
