Funding will help Aboriginal people get hort jobs

Unemployed Aboriginal people in a British Columbia region will be given government-paid training and work experience to tackle a variety of horticulture jobs, including golf course maintenance, landscaping, and greenhouse and agricultural work.

Golf carts vandalized at Alberta course

About 50 golf carts parked inside the maintenance yard at the Gleneagles Golf Course in Cochrane, Alta. were vandalized sometime during the weekend following Remembrance Day.
