Illegal landscaping work on a home in West Vancouver, B.C. has cost the homeowners dearly after it caused a landslide into a fish-bearing creek. The couple was fined $100,000 as a result in 2013, and their appeal to have it overturned was dismissed this week by a British Columbia Supreme Court justice.
