Chinch bug controversy prevails in Charlottetown

City officials in Charlottetown, P.E.I. says some lawn care customers are getting bad advice from the professionals caring for their lawns. Claims are being made that chinch bug infestations have taken over some lawns, but city officials say customers shouldn't be so quick to believe the existence of the pests equates to an infestation.


Canadian angle in Washington course’s reopening

A geographic anomaly in the state of Washington that makes ground transportation to other parts of the state impossible without travel through British Columbia has been the home for years of a once popular golf course. The Point Roberts Golf & Country Club, however, has been closed since last year, but new ownership with a Canadian angle has given it a new lease on life.
