Are your employees comfortable returning to work in the COVID-19 era?

Talent Canada, in partnership with TELUS Employer Solutions, is conducting a survey of employees across Canada to take their temperature on returning to the workplace.

This survey is designed to give senior management and HR professionals insights into the comfort levels of workers, what they need from their employers to return to normal and to highlight some key areas that need attention.

The results of the survey will be strictly confidential and will only be reported in aggregate with no individual identifying information. The results will be published by Talent Canada on www.TalentCanada.ca.

We're asking you to take this survey yourself, and also to distribute it to your employees to get their input.

The survey closes on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 9 a.m. ET.

On Sept. 17, at 2 p.m. ET, Talent Canada editor Marcel Vander Wier will be hosting a live roundtable discussion to parse the results of the survey.
