Women have been making waves in Canadian agriculture for years. From farm ownership and leadership in the lab or classroom, to the behind-the-scenes work that’s often overlooked, women play important roles in advancing Canada’s agriculture sector. Now, it’s time for their stories to be shared.
The Influential Women in Canadian Agriculture program was created to recognize women leading the charge and driving change across Canada’s agricultural sector. We’re looking to honour six Canadian women demonstrating leadership on the farm, in the research lab, in the classroom or in the office.
Do you know a woman working in agriculture who leads and inspires? Nominations will be accepted until March 27.
