Stay a step ahead of weed resistance with Bayer corn herbicides

Find out how to stay a step ahead of weed resistance in the corn field with agronomist expertise

Weed resistance is something that should always be taken into consideration for crop planning every year. With a rise in glyphosate-resistant weeds, it's important to plan a diverse weed management strategy to stay a step ahead. Adam Pfeffer, Market Development Manager for Row Crops at Bayer, shares two options to ensure that farmers are equipped with the best tools and choices for managing weeds to maximize their corn yields in 2023.

Stop weeds in their tracks with a pre-emergent application of Corvus™ herbicide. Corvus delivers three levels of control – rapid burndown for emerged weeds residual control to prevent newly emerging weeds, and reactivation with rain for prolonged weed control – to keep you protected throughout the season.

If later-season weeds are the biggest concern in your field, Laudis® herbicide offers the post emergence protection that you need. Protect against troublesome broadleaf weeds, up to and including the 8 leaf stage, with the two-pass flexibility of Laudis.

With two Group 27 herbicide options, you can choose the one that best fits your application timing needs.
