A new study out of the University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus suggests there may be little benefit to early-season fungicide/herbicide combinations. The data suggests the level of disease pressure in the early stages isn’t enough to justify the fungicide, and the likelihood for economic returns increase when fungicides are applied at silking – a key stage for ear mould to develop on corn. » Learn more
