Ontario appoints new chair in ag research and innovation

The Ontario government has appointed Nevin McDougall as chair of Agricultural Research and Innovation Ontario (ARIO), effective Jan. 18, 2025. He has served on the ARIO board since 2020.


Producers can apply for YESP in late January

Eligible applicants, including producers, agri-businesses, industry associations, provincial and territorial governments, Indigenous organizations and research facilities, can start applying for the Youth Employment and Skills Program (YESP) on January 27, 2025.
