Dr. Chatterton is a research scientist at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC)’s Lethbridge Research and Development Centre and an adjunct professor at the University of Lethbridge.
Dr. Chatterton will present results of field surveys and research trials, along with a discussion on weather and risk factors contributing to Aphanomyces and Fusarium root rots of pulse crops. Her research in special crops pathology at AAFC focuses on management of root and foliar diseases of pulse crops, and molecular diagnostics and identification of soil-borne pathogens.
