Lower yields, dockage and quality, herbicide resistance, crop safety, what is an MRL? These are just a few of the things a grower thinks about when it comes to dealing with cleavers in canola. You can now put your mind at ease thanks to new INGENIOUS herbicide. INGENIOUS is a post emergent herbicide with Group 4 quinclorac registered for use on canola. In 2018 an international MRL was established for quinclorac on canola clearing the way for producers to use INGENIOUS on canola to control cleavers. When applied as a tank mix with Liberty, glyphosate or Clearfield herbicides cleaver control gets taken to a new level of satisfaction. It’s not a smart decision its INGENIOUS!
