SULFATE PROTECTION WITH MST

Nutrients like sulfate can be subject to loss with high precipitation events during the fall and winter months. Fertilizer containing elemental sulfur offers better protection against loss and allows for more flexibility. Smart Nutrition MAP+MST is engineered using Micronized Sulfur Technology (MST®).
For best results, Smart Nutrition MAP+MST fall applications should occur after soil temperatures drop below 50 degrees. Once soils warm up in the spring, microbial activity increases. The micronized elemental sulfur will then begin converting to sulfate that plants can utilize.
