A message from Top Crop Manager

“There are uses to adversity, and they don’t reveal themselves until tested.”
-Sonia Sotomayor

On October 19, hear from leaders across Canadian agriculture on the challenges they’ve faced and how they’ve handled adversity.

The IWCA Summit is a virtual mentorship event where attendees can learn and reflect through roundtable-style sessions on building your brand, creating community and overcoming adversity while working in agriculture.

No career is without its challenges, and given the unique nature of agriculture, adversity can feel even more difficult to overcome. Panelists Simone Demers-Collins, Kim Keller and Crystal Mackay will share how they’ve worked through setbacks and the lessons they’ve learned as a result. Attendees joining live will also be able to participate in polls and ask the panelists questions directly.

Register now and join the conversation live on October 19!
