Session spotlight: Jake Munroe on planting green into cover crops

Looking to increase your cover crop toolbox? On Feb. 16, hear Jake Munroe, soil management specialist for field crops with OMAFRA, share trial data and information about planting corn and soybeans green into cover crops.
Munroe, a certified crop adviser, has expertise in soil health, soil fertility and cover crop management. Through field days, plot demonstrations, and presentations, he shares information with Ontario producers on best management practices to improve soil health, nutrient management and crop production. He is currently wrapping up a multi-year project on cereal rye cover crop management in soybean production systems.
This session is approved for one CEU in crop management.
