Top tips for maximizing TruFlex
Canola this spring

Truflex

With spraying time just around the corner, we’ve pulled together insights and resources to help you get the best start possible toward an outstanding growing season. Let’s make this year your best yet to fully capture the advantages of your leading-edge TruFlex® canola!

MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TRUFLEX CANOLA

We can’t hammer it home enough – if there’s one thing to remember to get the most out of TruFlex canola this and every year it’s this: spray 0.67 L/ac. between cotyledon and two-leaf. This higher rate and optimal timing is the difference maker for your spraying success.

For optimal results, follow this winning strategy:

Spray your first application of Roundup WeatherMAX® herbicide at 0.67 L/ac. between cotyledon and two-leaf stage

Applying the 0.67 L/ac. rate at this stage provides clean fields in the critical weed-free period, which is key to achieving strong stand establishment

If spring weather doesn’t cooperate or you experience delays, use one application of 1.33 L/ac. up to six leaf stage.

Roundup WeatherMAX herbicide applied in-crop at 0.67 L/ac. for two applications or 1.33 L/ac. for a single application allows for the control of 24 additional weed species compared to Roundup Ready® canola, including yellow foxtail, biennial wormwood and common milkweed.
