The Government of Saskatchewan released a map outlining the rural municipalities where clubroot has been identified to date, showing clubroot symptoms in 43 commercial canola fields, an increase from 2017.

Syngenta received registration for its Tavium Plus VaporGrip Technology herbicide in Roundup Ready 2 Xtend soybeans. The dicamba-based pre-mix herbicide is for broad-spectrum control of grass and broadleaf weeds, including glyphosate-resistant Canada fleabane.
