Canada pauses proposed MRL increases

The Government of Canada is putting a pause on proposed increases to Maximum Residue Limits, including for glyphosate. As a result, there will be no increases to MRLs until at least spring 2022.


Government of Canada pledges $100 million for drought-affected farmers

This funding is designed to match all provincial AgriRecovery submissions on the 60-40 cost-shared basis. By making funding available now, producers will receive assistance as soon as full assessments are completed.
