Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) is providing financial incentives and some tips for western Canadian farmers looking to dormant seed forages. “The best time to dormant seed is when the soil temperature is five degrees Celsius or less,” says DUC forage specialist Charlotte Crawley.
