With the addition of fenugreek to the mandate of the Saskatchewan Pulse Growers (SPG) in 2020 and the initiation of a fenugreek levy, SPG has launched several research projects. Their goal is to start expanding product labels to add fenugreek and develop improved fenugreek varieties, as well as demonstrations to show how fenugreek performs in different parts of Saskatchewan.
