SOAR with Air Georgian’s Pilot Pathway Program

You were born to SOAR, our pilot career pathway program takes you from flight school to airline pilot and beyond. We’ve partnered with select flight schools and airlines across Canada to prepare your career for takeoff.

How does our SOAR program work?

STEP 1: LEARN TO FLY
Get your commercial pilot licence with a SOAR partner flight school. Upon graduation continue to build your hours as an instructor or apply to one of our SOAR mentorship pilot opportunities.

STEP 2: BECOME AN AIRLINE PILOT
Have 800 hours total flying time? You’re ready to start your career with Air Georgian flying as Air Canada Express! Gain valuable airline experience and take advantage of quick upgrades, training department opportunities and fleet transfers.

STEP 3: INTERVIEW WITH AIR CANADA
Have you dreamed of flying for Air Canada? We can help you achieve your dreams. As a pilot flying for Air Georgian, you are guaranteed an interview with Air Canada through our Pilot Mobility Agreement once you meet the minimum hiring requirements
